Peter Olson / Tier9AI

AI delivery needs an accountable operator, not another layer of theater.

I'm Peter Olson. My experience spans work across AWS, American Express, Wells Fargo, and Fidelity, plus hands-on SaaS ownership. I've worked where product, cloud, AI, risk, operations, and executive decisions meet.

Tier9AI exists for a specific gap: a mid-market leadership team sees a credible AI opportunity, but no single owner is accountable for taking one workflow from operating baseline to controlled production and a measured result.

One workflow. One accountable owner. One controlled launch. One measurable result.

Background

Enterprise context with owner-level accountability.

The work combines the discipline required in complex organizations with the economic clarity required when you own the product, the operating decision, and the downside.

How I work

Narrow the scope. Make the tradeoffs explicit. Put a human name next to the result.

Start with operating value

The baseline, decision owner, and economics come before a tool choice or implementation plan.

Stay vendor-neutral

The recommendation may be to build, buy, configure, simplify, or avoid AI entirely.

Design the human control

Approvals, exceptions, security boundaries, evaluation, logging, and accountability are part of the workflow design.

Measure against the baseline

A launch is not the result. The result is the operational and financial movement that follows it.

A useful first conversation

Start with the workflow leadership is already being asked to fix.

The fit call is 20 minutes and bounded: workflow, owner, baseline, capacity, and budget. The substantive analysis happens in the paid diagnostic.
