I’m a former Senior Product Manager – Tech at Amazon and Senior Customer Solutions Manager at AWS. My work spanned product development, programs and helping customers move from plans to working solutions.
Today, I build focused automations, reporting tools and custom web apps for small service teams. Think inquiries that need a reply, estimates that need follow-up, or client paperwork that holds up a project.
If your existing software can solve the problem, I configure it. If something is missing, I build it. The aim is a useful result—not another system to manage.
